All of our townhomes come with GE appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. With a laundry closet on the second floor with the bedrooms, you’ll never have to carry baskets of laundry up and down the stairs again! You will find roller shades on all of the windows so you can conveniently adjust the lighting to your preference. Our modern cabinetry features gorgeous hardware and soft-close hinges. You’ll also love the soaking tub in your bathroom! Additionally, all of the homes at The Springs are equipped with Dwello Smart Home technology and have keypad entry.

Pet Policy

  • When searching for a townhome for rent in Heber, you’ll want to consider the community’s pet policy. Some communities require pet rent, some have weight or breed restrictions, and some communities do not allow pets at all.
  • The Springs is a pet-friendly property! There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed with pet rent. Breed restrictions apply – call our office for more details.


  • Parking can sometimes be quite a hassle in communities. Consider what options your potential townhome community offers, such as off-street parking, covered parking, or a parking garage. You’ll also want to know if parking passes are necessary and if parking is monitored on the premises.
  • At The Springs each of our townhomes includes a two-car garage with electric car charging capabilities. You’ll never have to worry about scraping snow off your car!
