August 29–30 – Midway Swiss Days 2025 

To kick off September, celebrate one of Midway’s most beloved traditions, from 8 AM to 8 PM on Friday the 29th of August and 8 AM to 7 PM on Saturday the 30th. Swiss Days brings together food, entertainment, local vendors, and a lively parade. Stroll the charming streets, enjoy handmade goods, and soak in the community spirit. 

Saturdays – Midway Farmers’ Market 

Support local farmers and artisans at the Midway Farmers’ Market from 10 AM to 1 PM at Midway Town Square. Fresh produce, baked goods, and handcrafted items await in this weekly gathering spot that captures the heart of small-town life. 

All Month – Heber Valley Railroad Adventures 

The historic Heber Valley Railroad offers scenic train rides perfect for families, couples, and history buffs. This September, hop aboard one of their themed rides: 

  • Deer Creek Express: Monday & Wednesday–Saturday 
  • Monday Night Train: Mondays only 
  • Friday Night Train: September 5 
  • Comedy Murder Mystery: September 11–13 

Daily (Mon–Sat) – Meet the Cows Dairy Farm Tour 

Get an up-close look at Heber Valley Milk & Artisan Cheese, where award-winning cheese begins. Starting at 11 AM, tour the dairy, meet the cows, and learn about the innovative robotic milking system—one of the first in the western U.S. 

Fridays – Live Music at Melvin’s Public House 

Unwind with live music, delicious burgers, and local beers on tap from 7:30 to 10:30 PM. Melvin’s all-ages venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating—perfect for a casual night out. 

September 12–14 – Utah Barrel Race 

Watch elite riders and their horses compete in this high-speed rodeo event. The Utah Futurity & Barrel Racing Championships promise thrilling performances and top-tier horsemanship. 

September 18–20 – Wasatch EuroFest Car Show 

Show off your European ride or admire others at Utah’s premier Euro car event. With competitions, networking, and prizes, EuroFest is a must for car enthusiasts. 

September 19–20 – Tractor Days at Kohler Creamery 

Celebrate the power of big wheels and farm life with Tractor Days. Explore tractors and equipment, learn their roles in agriculture, and enjoy a hands-on experience for all ages. 

September 26 – Community Concert Series at Wasatch County Library 

End the month on a high note with a free outdoor concert at the library amphitheater, as part of the Community Concert Series at Wasatch County Library. Bring a blanket, grab some friends, and enjoy an evening of live music under the stars.
